What’s up guys! I’m Kimberly Marquez, but mostly known as Kimmie - for short. Fun fact: I was named after the pink power ranger! I was born and raised in Fresno, CA and have worked in the entertainment industry for 10 years. One of my biggest passions in life has been to inspire others and help them reach their highest potential. I started in radio as an intern at 18-years old. At 20-years old I became the morning show producer and host of Middays with Kimmie on the hottest radio station in Central California.

My love for my community has lead me to advocate for youth empowerment and represent my hometown in pageantry. In 2018 I won the Producers Choice Award at Miss California USA in the Miss Universe Organization. A few weeks after, I competed at a National Latin Pageant where I was crowned the first ever Miss Nuestra Belleza USA. I am also an actress. I have starred in several films including State of Consciousness and Catch the 57. I also made a cameo appearance in the movie Fast and Furious 9. I have been in many commercials, TV series, as well as music videos. You can catch me as the lead girl in the “Drop It” music video by Myles Parrish and in the “Like That” music video by MiguelitoMTO. I have hosted red carpet events, movie premieres, interviewed many different artists, and continue to do brand ambassadorship as well. Furthermore, I have also been a guest speaker for many different events including youth summits and women empowerment conferences.

I love taking charge of my own destiny. I have accomplished some great things in life so far, and I still catch myself looking up at the sky from time to time, dreaming BIG. I am just simply inspired by life.

Finding inspiration in life has led me to continue my legacy through the world of entrepreneurship. I have opened up my very own cosmetics line and clothing line. I believe that a little glam and comfy clothes can spike up your confidence tremendously! If you look good, you feel good. One of my biggest passions is telling stories. If I can inspire and change one person’s life through speaking out of my heart and life experiences, then why the heck not! After some time of wanting to launch a podcast, I finally did it in 2022. Conversations With Kimmie Podcast is officially on YouTube and Spotify. This podcast was created to have honest conversations about life, mental health, and relationships. I love connecting with my audience, and making them feel good. Most importantly, I love what I do, and I’m pretty darn good at it.

However, what I am BEST at is being a mother. Motherhood is the best hood I have ever lived in. It comes with new challenges every day and it is truly just exciting to find out what’s next as soon as the sun rises. You don’t know what to expect. You are exhausted literally every day, and then it hits you... You have never been this joyous to be this tired ever before. That’s when you know you’ve mastered the life of being a mom… thus far. Besides, you get your very own little person every day. The “learning how to be a parent” thing never stops.

I strongly believe that we are exactly where we need to be at this point in our life. What we cannot control, will destroy us. So let’s focus on what we CAN control, and things will eventually start to make sense as we continue in this journey.

Taking all things into consideration, I have found peace in honoring my inner truth, embracing who I confidently am, and choosing to be happy by loving myself and others. Strong, independent women can and will change the world one day at a time. AND we can look amazing, fierce, authentic and bold while doing it. I hope that you leave my page feeling good and inspired to do it all.
